Linkages and Externalization Office (LEO)
A strategic hub that connects MCST to academic, industrial, and community partners — enabling real-world learning, collaboration, and global perspectives.
The Linkages and Externalization Office (LEO) is a vital component of the college’s strategic plan, dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships and cultivating a culture of external engagement. LEO serves as the central hub for connecting students, faculty, and staff with academic, industrial, and community networks.
Established in 2023, LEO has played an instrumental role in bridging the gap between the college’s academic programs and the evolving needs of the industry. Through its initiatives, LEO has facilitated collaborations with local and international organizations, resulting in research partnerships, internship opportunities, and specialized training programs that benefit both students and faculty.
From hosting conferences and symposia to organizing corporate visits and job fairs, LEO strengthens MCST’s reputation and helps students apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings while enabling faculty members to contribute to knowledge exchange.
The primary objective of LEO is to enhance the college’s standing by establishing strategic partnerships, identifying research and innovation opportunities, coordinating internships and training programs, and providing administrative support to external partners.
Strategic Partnerships
Build collaborations with institutions, industry leaders, and organizations for student development and institutional growth.
Global Engagement
Support exchanges, conferences, and networks that broaden student exposure and strengthen MCST’s external presence.
“Through LEO’s partnerships and programs, students gain invaluable exposure to real-world experiences that prepare them for global opportunities and professional success.”
